We are expert recruiters who have been placing IT & digital specialists with some of the most dynamic and recognised organisations in the Asia Pacific region for over 34 years.About The RoleOur Federal Government Client is seeking Lead SAP S/4HANA Functional Analysts to support a major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation program, migrating from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA.SAP Finance Functional AnalystResponsible for providing expert advice on SAP ECC to S/4HANA Finance transformation activities, including:General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Asset AccountingCost Centre Accounting, Internal Orders and Profit Centre AccountingFinancial closing, taxation, banking and payment processesS/4HANA Finance capabilities including Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Business Partner, New Asset Accounting, Margin Analysis and Fiori Finance applicationsFinance data migration, reconciliation, testing and cutover activitiesSAP Procurement Functional AnalystResponsible for supporting SAP ECC to S/4HANA Procurement transformation activities, including:Purchasing, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts and scheduling agreementsSupplier management, inventory management, goods receipt and invoice verification processesS/4HANA Procurement capabilities including Business Partner, simplified procurement, Fiori purchasing applications and versatile workflowSupplier master, material master and purchasing document migration activitiesProcurement integrations, including IDocs and APIsSAP HCM Functional AnalystResponsible for supporting SAP ECC to S/4HANA HCM transformation activities, including:Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, Time Management and Payroll processesHR master data, infotypes,



personnel actions and enterprise structure configurationPayroll and time process impacts, wage types, schemas and time evaluation conceptsHCM for S/4HANA compatibility, Business Partner impacts and simplification analysisFunctional testing, data validation, reconciliation and cutover planningThis is a long-term contract role with an initial contract duration of up to 12 months, with potential extensions up to a maximum of 24 months.
The role is located in Canberra, Brisbane or Melbourne, with a hybrid working arrangement.
Successful candidates will be required to work onsite for the first 6 weeks, after which hybrid flexibility may be considered.As The Selected Candidate, You WillLead functional analysis and solution design activities supporting the SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA migration program.Translate business requirements into technical requirements aligned with enterprise architectures and solution designs.Provide senior SAP functional expertise, recommendations and guidance to business stakeholders and ICT teams.Collaborate with architects, developers, project teams and business areas to define effective solutions.Support SAP Activate methodology activities including discovery, fit-to-standard workshops, design, testing, migration and deployment activities.Identify opportunities to improve business processes, technology capability and operational outcomes.Lead solution design activities for complex ICT systems and ensure alignment with organisational standards.To Be Successful In This Role You Should HaveDemonstrated experience as a Lead SAP Functional Analyst, SAP Solution Designer, Senior SAP Consultant or equivalent role.Strong experience delivering SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration programs, including ECC6 to S/4HANA initiatives.Experience applying SAP Activate methodology within SAP implementation or migration projects.Strong consultancy skills, including requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement,
