You can work from just a few shifts a week, up to 5 shifts a week and have work‐life balance.Weekend shifts available with penalty rates.ResponsibilitiesLeading and supervising Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants within your wingAssessing, planning, and implementing individualised care plansManaging medications and wound care in line with best practicesEnsuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and infection control guidelinesCollaborating with allied health professionals and families to ensure holistic careSupporting continuous improvement and quality assurance programsWhat We're Looking ForCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseBachelor of Nursing completed qualificationA current National Police CheckStrong clinical assessment and problem‐solving skillsA commitment to providing compassionate and person‐centered careExcellent communication and teamwork skillsWhy Join Us?
