With a strong pipeline of committed customer demand, this isn't speculative development - projects are backed by long-term customers and investment.They're looking for an experienced Electrical Engineering Lead to become the electrical subject matter expert across new developments and existing facilities, influencing projects from early concept and due diligence through design, construction, commissioning and operations.Unlike many hyperscale organisations, this business has a lean structure where decisions happen quickly.
You'll work directly with senior leadership, customers, consultants and contractors, giving you genuine influence over technical outcomes and business decisions.The RoleReporting to the Director of Engineering, you'll:Lead electrical engineering across mission-critical data centre developmentsReview and guide consultant designs for HV, MV and LV electrical systemsProvide technical leadership from design through commissioning and operationsSupport due diligence for acquisitions and current site selectionDrive engineering standards,
