As an Apprenticeships Field Consultant (AFC), you will play a key role in promoting and supporting Australian Apprenticeships.
You'll work closely with employers and apprentices to facilitate National Training Contracts, provide advice on support services and incentives, and build robust, long-term relationships within your region.This is a field-based role where no two days are the same, suited to someone who thrives on relationship management and making a meaningful impact in their community.Key ResponsibilitiesSign up apprentices and trainees to National Training ContractsEducate employers and apprentices on available support services, incentives, and fundingBuild strong relationships with schools, RTOs, industry, and community stakeholdersDeliver presentations and information sessions at schools, community events, and workplacesSupport business development activities to grow apprenticeship commencementsMonitor progress, identify risks to retention or completion, and refer to support servicesManage time effectively across engagement activities, administration, and KPIsStay up to date with relevant legislation, policies, and MEGT proceduresAbout YouYou will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated professional who enjoys working independently and building trusted relationship within the community.
You will bring:Experience in account management, business development, or similarStrong customer service, communication, and administration skillsA professional,
