An opportunity exists for an Associate (2 to 6 year PAE) to join a growing Commercial Property team.
Working alongside respected senior practitioners, you will advise a broad range of clients including developers, investors, landowners, project managers, government entities and statutory bodies across a variety of commercial property matters.
The work includes:
Commercial and residential developments
Joint venture transactions
Commercial, retail and industrial leasing
Acquisitions and disposals
Pastoral and Crown lease matters
Town planning and environmental issues
General property advisory work
This role offers significant client exposure and the opportunity to take ownership of matters while continuing to develop under the guidance of experienced mentors.
About You
You will have:




Minimum 2 years' post-admission experience in commercial property law
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
A client-focused and commercially minded approach
A genuine interest in building lasting client relationships
