We're looking for a Product Manager - Flavours to lead and grow our flavours portfolio, working at the intersection of consumer trends, innovation and customer solutions.This is a genuinely unique chance to play a key role in building momentum in a growing portfolio and shape the future of flavours within IXOM's Life Sciences business.What's on offerOwn and grow a high-potential flavours portfolio across ANZWork at the intersection of science, creativity and commercial strategyCollaborate with technical experts, operations and global suppliersStrong exposure to both customers and internal stakeholders - real visibilityOpportunity to build momentum and influence a growing categoryFlexible working model with 3 days in office + customer engagementAbout your roleThis is a high-impact, end-to-end product management role where you'll take ownership of the flavours portfolio across Food & Beverage applications.You'll work closely with Account Managers and customers to identify opportunities, drive innovation and grow market share, while also acting as the central connector across commercial, technical and supply teams.The role includes direct customer interaction across Australia and New Zealand, helping unlock new opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
This role can be based at our Head Office in Melbourne, or one of our sites in Sydney (Kings Park or Villawood).
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the flavours portfolio, including strategy, lifecycle and performanceTranslate customer needs and market trends into commercial opportunitiesWork directly with customers and Account Managers to drive growth and engagementLead innovation opportunities and support new product developmentManage pricing, margins and portfolio performanceBuild strong connections with production,

Experience in flavours, food ingredients, food manufacturing or related industriesBackground in product management, category management, or technical/commercial rolesStrong commercial acumen with the ability to own performance and drive growthConfident working directly with customers and internal stakeholdersA proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to create momentum and influence changeAbility to translate technical concepts into practical, customer-led solutionsNice to have:Qualification in Food Science, Chemistry or a related disciplineExposure to flavour development or food-based applicationsExperience in account management or customer-facing rolesAbout IXOMIXOM plays a vital part in the lives of tens of millions of people every day.
