Respect Chaffey House in Merbein is searching for an exceptional Senior Registered Nurse Coordinator to join our dynamic leadership team.

About The Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager and working alongside the Care Manager and multidisciplinary team, you'll be the driving force behind clinical excellence across the home.
As Our Supernumerary Clinical Leader, You'll
Champion clinical governance and continuous quality improvement.
Lead audit readiness and compliance initiatives with confidence.
Support and mentor clinical teams to deliver best-practice care.
Strengthen staff capability through coaching and leadership.
Ensure care delivery consistently exceeds the Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational expectations.




Help create a culture where residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care every day.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, giving you the prospect to focus on leadership, quality, and strategic clinical outcomes.
To Be Considered For This Role, You Will Need
Bachelor of Nursing
Current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration
Demonstrated experience in residential aged care
Advanced clinical knowledge and assessment skills
Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
Experience in clinical governance, audits, and quality improvement
High-level documentation and clinical review skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient computer and information management skills, including ability to use Microsoft and clinical software systems.
