This role is responsible for the daily coordination and performance of the day shift, ensuring all warehouse and distribution activities run safely, efficiently and on schedule.You will oversee order picking, truck loading, inventory control, safety compliance and team performance, while supporting continuous improvement across the site.Reporting to the Lidcombe DC Manager, your leadership will directly influence the success of a team of ***** employees.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute daily operational goals to meet service,
