What You'll Be Doing
As our Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the face of Essendon CARCO, guiding customers through their vehicle purchasing journey with professionalism and energy.
Greet and assist customers on the showroom floor
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
Provide product demonstrations and test drives
Collaborate with the Finance & Insurance and Aftermarket teams
Accurately complete all sales documentation and compliance processes
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with stock availability
Ensure the showroom and display vehicles are presented to a high standard

What You Bring to the Team
Previous Vehicle Sales Experience is Essential, Pre-Owned preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-first mindset and passion for delivering outstanding service
High energy, self-motivated and target driven
Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapid-paced dealership environment
Current Driver's Licence is Essential
