Join us as a Case Manager and Support Coordinator, and be part of something bigger.What you'll doWe are seeking two passionate individual's who will be working across the Adelaide Universal After-care Service, the Case Managers/Support Coordinators are responsible for providing non-clinical care and practical psychosocial support to individuals in the first three months following a suicide attempt or suicidal crisis.This is a full-time, fixed-term position until 30th June **** based at Hindmarsh.You'll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:Coordinating outreach/ home visits to provide practical and emotional supportProviding connection and referral to appropriate support servicesAssisting clients and families in understanding suicidal behavioursDeveloping clear goals with individuals and families and monitor achievementsWhat you'll bringTo Thrive In This Role, You Will HaveTertiary qualifications in Social WorkExperience in the mental health field,



or in case managementEffective communication skills and ability to engage with clients and families from a diverse range of backgroundsWe Would Also Love You To HaveExperience working with families and individuals affected by suicideAdditional specialist training in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, motivational interviewing, or cognitive behaviour therapyWhy AnglicareSA?
