We're not just a workshop; we are the driving force behind offsite services, delivering cutting-edge solutions for onsite challenges.About Your RoleAs the Leading Hand - Electrical, you will provide day-to-day leadership to a team of electrical tradespeople while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.You Will Be Responsible ForLeading and mentoring a team of electricians and trades assistantsCoordinating daily workshop activities and project deliveryConducting inspections and preparing job scopesPreparing quotations and supporting customer requirementsEnsuring work is completed on time, within budget and to quality standardsManaging resources, equipment and materialsPromoting a strong safety-first cultureIdentifying and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Roster: 40 Hours per week,
