Advice Coordinator Position within BridgesSydney LocationFlexible Working HoursThe opportunity to join our teamWe are seeking an Advice Coordinator to join our Bridges Advice team, supporting Practice Leadership across a range of operational and administrative activities.
This is a great opportunity for internal talent looking to broaden their exposure within Advice and build capability across multiple operational areas of the business.In this role, you will provide coordination support across meetings, training, onboarding, events, and projects, working closely with key stakeholders across the organisation.This position offers strong visibility and is a fantastic platform to develop your skills and progress your career within Advice.
This role will suit a professional looking for a friendly, supportive and flexible workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate meetings, training sessions, teleconferences and webinars including logistics and setupSupport presenters and manage training attendance, feedback and CPD accreditationAssist Practice Leadership with premises and facilities management requestsCoordinate staff and client events including venues, RSVPs and attendee trackingDraft and coordinate marketing requests and support event planning activitiesSupport onboarding and offboarding for employees and clients, including system setup and stakeholder coordinationPrepare documentation and manage client/adviser transitions and communicationsCoordinate project activities including data collation and supporting IT rolloutsWhat You Will BringStrong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in an administrative or assistant roleSound experience or interest in the financial planning/Advice sectorAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow processesProactive, solutions-focused mindsetStrong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skillsReliable and accountable approach to workMake your move.
