We are seeking an experienced and motivated Distribution & Delivery Lead to oversee the daily operations of our NSW Distribution Centre and delivery network located at Eastern Creek.
This role involves leading a small team, overseeing warehouse and dispatch processes, coordinating third-party delivery contractors, completing deliveries and installations, and maintaining high standards across safety, customer service, inventory accuracy, and overall operational performance.Key Responsibilities:Lead the day-to-day operations of the NSW Distribution CentreEnsure safe, clean, and effective warehouse operationsManage receivals, dispatch, stock control, and DIFOT performanceCoordinate local deliveries and third-party contractorsComplete deliveries, furniture assembly, and warranty/NCR tasksSupport project installations including delivery, setup, and site coordinationConduct site inspections to ensure installation readinessMaintain accurate reporting, records, and daily work plansDrive continuous improvement across warehouse and delivery processesExperience & Qualifications:Proven experience in warehouse/distribution centre operationsBackground in logistics, delivery,



or furniture assembly (or similar)Proven leadership or supervisory experienceLean/continuous improvement experience – highly regardedHands-on, reliable, and customer-focusedStrong organisation and time management skillsExcellent communication and customer serviceAbility to read plans and work within spatial constraintsConfident using tools for assembly workCompetent with Microsoft Office and systemsWhite CardCurrent Working With Children Check or willing to obtainPhysically capable of manual handlingWho are we?
