At Centre for Developing Children (CFDC), we do occupational therapy differently.
We are a paediatric occupational therapy clinic supporting children and young people aged 0–25 years through evidence-based, child-led, and strengths-based therapy.

About the Role
This role is ideal for an early career OT passionate about paediatrics and looking to build solid clinical reasoning skills within a collaborative and evidence-based environment.
You will:
Deliver occupational therapy services to children and young people aged 0–25 yearsSupport clients with sensory processing, emotional regulation, motor skills, self-care, social participation, and daily living skillsWork across clinic, school, home, and community settingsCollaborate closely with families, educators, and the broader multidisciplinary teamParticipate in assessment, goal setting, intervention planning, and report writingContribute to therapy groups and capacity-building initiatives

Structured onboarding and gradual caseload progressionOngoing supervision and mentoringRegular clinical support and reflective practiceExposure to sensory integration-informed practiceSupport to develop strong clinical reasoning and confidence
