We offer:a collegiate and supportive team culture; andan opportunity to work within a successful and growing niche business and to learn new roles as we grow.About the roleWe are looking for a motivated individual to join our five-member operations team in Sydney, with the responsibility for one of our major law firms and helping across other clients and products.
Over time we would expect you to rotate across all aspects of our operations, and be able to perform all functions.

The role includes following a well-structured workflow for loan approval and management, answering client queries (phone and email)



and problem solving for the small % of situations which fall outside of the structured workflow.What you will doReviewing and processing customer loans applications, credit limit increases, drawdowns and repayments;Workflow managementCash reconciliationsAnswering and resolving customer queries (email and phone)Range of tasks to support the operations functionHow you'll know you're doing greatWorkflows are processed accurately with minimal rework or correctionsYou consistently meet turnaround times in a high‐volume environmentYou raise issues arising earlyWe can rely on your work and trust its qualityYou demonstrate strong ownership of your daily workloadYou offer up suggested improvements to how we do thingsYou help out others when you have spare timeANDYou are a well-liked and valued member of the teamAn ideal personStyleThis role suits someone who:is organised and able to cope with multiple workstreamshas excellent attention to detailhas a friendly personality and able to get along with other staff and our customershas the self-motivation to get the job done without supervisionis keen to learnis confident when communicatingThey are good atfollowing process manuals and executing tasks accuratelyworking with Excel spreadsheetsmaintaining to-do lists and generally being organisedgetting on with the job without supervision, but asking for help when requiredThey are awesome atlearning new stuffthinking for themselvesbeing helpful and kind towards their colleaguesSkills, qualifications and experienceProficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and WordMin 2 years' experience in an operations administration roleExperience with loan processing, financial services, or data validation is an advantage
