We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic, compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our amazing team at Alcheringa in beautiful Swan Hill on permanent night duty, working 37.5 hours per fortnight.Forget constantly rotating shifts.

This is your chance to secure a dedicated night duty position with consistent hours, a fantastic team, and the opportunity to truly make a difference when it matters most.What You'll Be Doing:As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll play an essential role in delivering exceptional overnight clinical care while supporting the health, comfort and wellbeing of our residents.Your Nights Will IncludeProviding protected, person-centered nursing careSupporting resident admissions and ongoing clinical assessmentsAdministering medications safely and accuratelyMonitoring residents and responding to changes in health statusMaintaining accurate clinical documentationContributing to resident care planning alongside our Registered NursesWorking collaboratively with our dedicated overnight team to ensure residents receive outstanding careWe are looking for someone who brings both clinical confidence and genuine compassion.You'll NeedCurrent AHPRA registration as an Enrolled NurseDiploma of Nursing (or equivalent)At least 12 months post-graduate nursing experience (aged care experience highly regarded)Strong clinical assessment and documentation skillsKnowledge of Aged Care Quality StandardsUnderstanding of residential aged care practicesCurrent National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)Ability to meet Aged Care Worker Screening requirementsMost importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys creating calm, providing reassurance, and delivering exceptional care throughout the night.Why Respect?
