In this role, you will manage daily reception duties at the after‐sales service front desk, coordinate maintenance activities, and provide direct support to the Service Manager in achieving departmental goals.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and develop dealership maintenance servicesManage customer maintenance appointmentsReceive customers and prepare work ordersCoordinate progress of maintenance workPrepare vehicles for delivery after maintenanceHandle vehicle delivery and return processesFollow up with customers to ensure satisfactionCoordinate ordering of special partsImplement fair and consistent warranty policiesSupport pre‐delivery inspections and recent car handoversProvide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concernsResolve customer issues through proactive follow‐upQualificationsEducation: Diploma or higher in Automotive or related fieldTraining: Knowledge of relevant laws/regulationsExperience3+ years in automotive repair or related industries1+ year in customer serviceFamiliarity with BYD/Toyota operations is advantageousSkillsComputer proficiencyStrong communication and analytical skillsValid driver's licenseAttitude: Positive, team‐oriented, professional image, resilient under pressureYou must be eligible to work in AustraliaReady to take a giant step in your career?
