view the role description and information packAbout you:Significant experience leading end-to-end UX/UI design for complex, multi-platform digital productsStrong capability across research, interaction design, visual design and design system governanceProven experience conducting usability testing and synthesising insights to inform design decisionsAdvanced proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma and FigJamIn‐depth knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.x) and responsive, component‐based designExperience working in agile delivery environments and collaborating with Product, Engineering and Content rolesStrong understanding of web and mobile platform guidelines (iOS, Android, web)Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence outcomes in complex environmentsTertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, or equivalent practical experienceDemonstrated experience in senior or lead UX/UI design roles delivering customer‐centred digital solutionsEligibility to work in AustraliaWho We AreTransport for NSW provides a safe, integrated, and efficient transport system.
