Join CSL Behring and play a critical role in ensuring life-saving therapies and vaccines are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time to patients across Australia.As a Finished Goods Operator, you will be responsible for managing finished product inventory, coordinating logistics and transport activities, supporting warehousing operations, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements within our Logistics Hub.There are 3 rolesShift: The site operates 24/7 days so there will be day, afternoon and night shift which includes weekend workEmployment Type: Permanent, full-time opportunity.Please note this is a physically active role that involves manual handling, repetitive tasks, and extended periods of standing.Essential RequirementsCurrent Forklift License (mandatory)Key ResponsibilitiesManage inventory of finished goods, including plasma, non-plasma products, and vaccinesCoordinate courier bookings and transportation schedulesPrepare products for distribution in accordance with GMP/GxP requirementsMaintain inventory accuracy through stock control and stocktaking activitiesEnsure warehouse operations comply with cGMP, GDP, and warehousing standardsCollaborate with Customer Service, Logistics,



and Seqirus teams to meet delivery requirementsSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the Finished Goods teamMaintain accurate documentation and records in line with quality standardsFoster a robust safety and customer-focused cultureTo Be Successful, You Will HaveExperience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, or a manufacturing environmentInventory management and stock control experienceForklift licenceStrong attention to detail and compliance mindsetExperience using ERP systems (SAP experience highly regarded)Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applicationsStrong communication and teamwork skillsProblem-solving ability and sound judgementA commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvementWhy Join Us?
