Location: Melbourne or Canberra
Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home

We are seeking an experienced .
NET Architect to design and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade applications using modern .
NET technologies and Microsoft Azure.
This role is ideal for someone with strong architecture expertise, cloud experience, and a passion for building secure, high-performing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using .
NET/.
NET Core.
Architect and implement scalable microservices-based solutions.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems.
Develop cloud-native solutions using Azure services, including App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Storage, and Service Bus.
Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL database solutions.Implement secure application architecture, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure API design.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor developers.
Troubleshoot application performance, reliability, and security issues.




Contribute to solution architecture and technical design decisions.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years' experience developing with C# and .
NET/.
NET Core.
Strong experience designing and delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure.
Hands‐on experience with microservices architecture.
Proven experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.
Strong understanding of backend application architecture and design principles.
Experience with SQL Server and exposure to NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of application security, including OAuth, JWT, secure API design, data encryption, and secure storage.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‐solving skills.
Requirements
Current NV1 Security Clearance is mandatory.
Ability to work from the Melbourne or Canberra office 3 days per week.
