This multi-project remit will find you moving between jobs, priorities and stakeholders on the same day.Reporting to the Systems and Improvement Business Partner and working closely with the project engineers, you'll set the quality standard across your projects, shaping how quality is planned, evidenced and verified, and ensuring project teams, clients and subcontractors work to standard.What you'll doDrive ISO **** QMS implementation and maintenanceBuild project-specific Quality Management Plans with project managersCoordinate with the document control team to manage documents via Aconex, InEight Team Binder and similarDevelop and improve ITPs, checklists, management plans and process mapsConduct audits,



close out non-conformances and lead and support improvement requestsUse Power BI dashboards for real-time project quality insightWhat sets it apartPortfolio breadth- multiple sites and clients, not one projectInfluence-led work: negotiation with delivery teams, clients and subcontractorsDirect client exposure and a seat alongside the project delivery and design teamsAbout youYou're technically credible, genuinely good with people, and comfortable managing a client relationship.
You bring a proactive, collaborative approach and resolve issues fast without letting standards slip.2-3+ years implementing and managing ISO **** certified systemsLead Auditor or Internal Auditor qualification with practical QMS auditing experienceStrong project delivery and completions documentation experienceConfident communicator who can manage external stakeholdersCurrent driver's licenceDiploma in Engineering (electrical preferred, mechanical considered) or equivalent experienceEnergy infrastructure, utilities, manufacturing or OEM backgroundThe practicals18-month fixed term, Sydney based (Marsden Park and Macquarie Park, three days a week)Regular travel to NSW project sites, including scheduled time away from homeLAFHA applies where relevantAbout usThe work behind the networkWhen you join Enerven, you are working for a team guided by its core values of dependability,
