and feedbackLeading demos of configurations and customizations and general product OOTB featuresPreparing technical and user documentationQualifications:Minimum 4+ years overall IT experienceMinimum 2+ years' experience and working knowledge of SailPoint IDN(IdentityNow)Extensive knowledge of security applications, specifically around identity management and account creation/maintenance, as well as 3rd party IAM offerings.Experience with the any web technologies: XML, SCIM, Web and Application Servers, HTML.Familiarity with Roles Based Access Control.Good communication skills and experience working with clients and partners.Experience in IAM Support/Operations managing Incidents/Tasks/Changes/ProblemsExperience with business requirements, design, and documentation of IAM products.Preferred:SailPoint IDN Qualified Certification or training and/or SailPoint IDN Engineer Certification or training.All candidates should have full working rights in Australia.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for this role.
