As Regional Manager with Kanda, you'll hold senior strategic and operational leadership across a regional portfolio, accountable for service quality, regulatory compliance, financial performance and the capability of the people delivering care on the ground.
You'll set the standard for what person-centred, rights-based practice looks like across multiple sites, ensuring everything we do reflects the NDIS Practice Standards, relevant legislation and the values that sit at the heart of Kanda.

What You'll Be DoingLeading, coaching and developing Service Managers across the region, including performance management, succession planning and capability upliftDeveloping and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with government departments, the NDIS Commission, funding bodies, families and community stakeholdersRepresenting Kanda at regional forums, partnership meetings and community engagementsCollecting,
analysing and presenting regional data to inform executive decision-makingDriving continuous improvement initiatives across supported accommodation settings to ensure environments are safe, well-maintained and compliantManaging service agreements, SIL agreements and funding arrangements across the regional portfolioMonitoring and reporting on KPIs, action plans and risk management frameworks relevant to the regionMaintaining accurate documentation and data in line with organisational policies, legislative requirements and audit standardsContributing to and leading relevant team and management meetings, ensuring actions are followed throughUpholding and championing Kanda's values, code of conduct and a culture of ethical, person-centred practice across all areas of responsibilityYou're the Right Person If...You bring senior leadership experience within the disability sector, ideally across a regional or multi-site portfolioYou have a robust understanding of the NDIS Act, NDIS Practice Standards and the regulatory landscape and know how to lead a team through itYou're financially literate and confident managing budgets, funding utilisation and performance reporting across multiple servicesYou lead with integrity, hold yourself and others to a high standard and build cultures of accountability and respectYou're a skilled people leader who can develop and uplift managers,
