and compliance requirements- Drive continuous improvement in testing practices, tools, and automationRequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications- 5+ years' experience in Software Testing, with experience in a Lead Tester or Test Lead role- Strong experience across functional, integration, and system testing- Experience defining test strategies and managing end-to-end test delivery- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent)- Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments- Solid understanding of SDLC and quality assurance best practices- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
