About The ContractVentia is delivering the Victorian Road Maintenance Contract (VRMC) across the Grampians and Eastern Metropolitan regions, providing comprehensive arterial road maintenance and asset management services that support the safe and efficient movement of people and goods across Victoria's road network.About The RoleVentia is proud to play a key role in the Victorian transport infrastructure sector and is seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager to join our Transport Infrastructure Solutions team.This leadership position is responsible for leading SHEQ performance across the Victorian Road Maintenance Contract, partnering with operational teams to strengthen safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across road maintenance, asset management and minor capital works delivery.Working closely with operational leaders, frontline teams and key stakeholders, you will provide practical guidance, lead assurance activities and champion continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen safety culture and operational outcomes.The role supports delivery across the Grampians region and Melbourne's eastern suburbs, with flexibility to be based from our Cremorne, Dandenong or Wendouree offices.
