You will support the General Manager in managing and leading the delivery of person‐centred care of residents, ensuring the highest standard of ongoing assessment, care planning and evaluation and clinical governance, helping them to live longer, healthier, and happier lives.What will you bring?
Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA is essentialPost grad qualification in aged care highly regardedExperience managing a minimum of 30 bedsProven track record in delivering quality clinical care within an aged care or acute settingExcellent clinical assessment skills and care planning capabilitiesHighly effective communication, leadership, and relationship management skillsAn understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and OutcomesBe at the Heart of It – your new team is ready to welcome you!
