We are seeking a hands‐on Compliance Officer to support compliance activities across the business, based at Bangholme, Victoria.
This role suits someone organised, practical, and comfortable working closely with technicians and leaders in a field‐based environment.
Reporting to the National SHEC Manager, you will coordinate, monitor and support compliance activities by maintaining accurate records, managing compliance systems and portals, conducting audits and checks, tracking corrective actions, and providing practical guidance to operational teams.
Your initial key priority will be to review and enhance a reliable compliance framework and ensure systems operate smoothly and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain compliance registers, procedures, records and action plansCoordinate compliance audits, site inspections and spot checksTrack corrective actions and support timely close-outPrepare compliance reports, dashboards and audit evidenceManage contractor and client compliance portalsCoordinate Annual Fire Safety Statement (AFSS) requirementsSupport compliance obligations relating to automatic doors, electrical awareness, plant/equipment and building safetyMaintain licences, training, calibration and competency recordsAssist operational teams with customer compliance requirements and site documentationDevelop compliance communications, toolbox talks and briefingsAbout YouRelevant qualification in Compliance, Quality, Risk or WHS (Certificate IV in WHS desirable)Experience in compliance, quality,



auditing or a similar roleStrong understanding of compliance systems, audits and document controlAbility to interpret compliance requirements and apply them practicallyExperience managing compliance records and digital systemsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailGood written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and compliance reporting platformsPractical, proactive and able to build strong working relationships across the business.Why Join Us?
