About the RoleWe are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilledOccupational Therapistto join our dynamic healthcare team across New South Wales. This multi-setting role offers a rich variety of work, spanning in-clinic consultations, mobile community visits, and aged care services.
Whether you are helping clients regain independence at home or delivering targeted clinic interventions, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals to achieve their personal therapy goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssessments & Evaluations:Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and patient assessments to establish tailored clinical goals and therapeutic pathways.

Treatment Planning:Develop, monitor, and adapt individualized, evidence-based treatment programs.

Client & Family Education:Empower clients, carers, and families by providing guidance on therapy techniques and progress strategies.





Clinical Documentation:Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation of client outcomes and clinical notes.

Multidisciplinary Collaboration:Liaise closely with healthcare professionals, care coordinators, and support staff to deliver integrated, client-centered care.

Essential RequirementsEducation:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.

Registration:Current, unrestricted registration withAHPRA.

Licensing & Transport:Valid Australian driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle.

Core Competencies:Excellent organizational, time-management, and interpersonal communication skills.

Desirable ExperienceExperience working withHome Care Packages (HCP)orSupport at Homeframeworks.
