Thursday 12 August - ED PM Doctor in Charge - **** to **** (on-call to ****) - $3,500 per shift
Tuesday 18 August - ED PM Doctor in Charge - **** to **** (on-call to ****) - $3,500 per shift
Wednesday 19 August - ED AM Doctor in Charge - **** to **** - $3,500 per shift
Friday 21 August to Sunday 23 August - ED PM Doctor in Charge - **** to **** (on-call to ****) - $3,250 per shift
Sunday 30 August - ED AM Doctor in Charge - **** to **** - $3,000 per shift
