Join our team of 3,500+ local experts backed by a global network of 16,000 team members and work on projects that truly make a difference for Australia's leading organisations.We're looking for an experienced Finance Manager to own the group-wide topline financials (Revenue, Cost of Sales, Margins and related working capital) across NRI.The OpportunityYou'll lead the Billing & Accounts Receivable and Topline Financial Accounting teams, drive accurate and timely month-end close and group reporting, and deliver clear, insightful topline financial information that supports decision‐making across the business.
You'll also strengthen governance, controls and process efficiency while partnering closely with stakeholders onshore and offshore.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end contract-to-revenue recognition, billing, collections and Cost of Sales recordingLead monthly, quarterly and annual close processes for topline financials and ensure timely Group reporting submissionsMaintain solid financial controls, support internal/external audits (including JSOX) and continuously improve accounting policies and processesProvide ownership of revenue, CoS, gross/contribution margin, contract assets & liabilities analysis and reportingOversee the sales-order-to-cash process and customer billing operationsDrive process optimisation, automation and effective use of ERP systemsLead,



coach and develop the accounting team across onshore and offshore locationsAct as a trusted finance partner to business stakeholders and NRI TokyoAbout YouCA or CPA qualified with 7+ years' post‐qualification experience in financial accounting or controllershipExperience in a listed company, multinational or complex group finance environment (Big Four and/or IT services experience advantageous)Proven ability to manage or partner with offshore finance teamsStrong technical accounting knowledge, particularly revenue recognition in a multi‐entity settingExperience with month-end close, consolidation, audit management and financial controlsIntermediate to advanced Excel skills and a strong analytical mindsetExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levelsSelf‐motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‐paced, geographically dispersed environmentReady to join us?
