Your opportunity
Learning & Adoption Lead (Permanent Part Time – 3 days per week)
This is more than a training delivery role.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping people learn, embrace change and get the most from the technology they use every day.
Someone who sees learning as more than delivering training and is excited by the opportunity to continuously improve and shape the employee learning experience.
As our Learning & Adoption Lead, you'll take ownership of Dairy Australia's learning and adoption capability across key business applications including Microsoft 365, Salesforce and other enterprise platforms.
You'll be responsible for creating engaging, practical and impactful learning experiences that build confidence, improve capability and drive adoption across the organisation.
You'll spend part of your time facilitating engaging training sessions, typically delivered in focused 1–2 hour formats, both virtually and face-to-face.
More importantly, you'll be empowered to identify opportunities, introduce fresh ideas and continuously enhance how learning is delivered and experienced across Dairy Australia.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and continuously evolve Dairy Australia's learning and adoption capability, establishing best-practice approaches that improve engagement, capability and technology adoption.
Design, develop and facilitate engaging learning experiences across Microsoft 365, Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
Deliver interactive face-to-face and virtual training sessions (typically 1–2 hours), ad-hoc 1:1 discussions and occasional user support that build confidence, capability and practical application.
Partner with stakeholders, project teams and subject matter experts to identify capability gaps and implement targeted learning and adoption solutions.
Measure and report learning effectiveness, user engagement and adoption outcomes, using data and feedback to continuously improve programs.
Create and maintain high-quality learning resources, knowledge articles and self-service content that support ongoing learning.
Champion innovation and continuous improvement, introducing new approaches, tools and ideas that enhance the learner experience and drive meaningful outcomes.
About You

You're confident facilitating groups, naturally curious and always looking for ways to improve the learning experience.

You enjoy identifying opportunities, influencing stakeholders, testing new ideas and raising the standard of how learning is experienced across an organisation.

You'll Bring
Experience in learning, training, adoption, capability development or organisational learning roles.
Proven success designing and delivering engaging learning programs for digital applications, systems or enterprise platforms.




Confidence facilitating both virtual and face-to-face training sessions for diverse audiences.
A passion for learning innovation and continuous improvement.
Experience measuring learning effectiveness, capability uplift and adoption outcomes.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to drive behavioural change.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience working with Microsoft 365, Salesforce or similar enterprise applications (highly regarded).
