Melbourne basedThe OpportunityWork across a diverse portfolio of fashion, skincare and lifestyle brands, bringing ideas to life through strategically led, visually compelling creative.You will take ownership of design projects from concept through to delivery, creating social-first content for your allocated clients across multiple channels.
You will also collaborate on high-profile client shoots and work closely with the wider team to understand the strategy behind each social media account.This role is ideal for a creative who can combine strong design thinking with an understanding of what captures attention and performs on social.What You'll Be DoingDesign social content across multiple formats, from static graphics and carousels to Reels and other video assetsTake ownership of creative projects from initial concept through to final deliveryFilm and edit social-first content in-houseWork alongside Account Managers to develop compelling, scroll-stopping and platform-native creative conceptsTranslate social strategies into cohesive and engaging visual contentCollaborate on client photoshoots and video shootsCreate clear, visually compelling presentations and pitch documentsDesign engaging EDM and email marketing assetsMaintain brand consistency across social,



digital and print touchpointsManage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detailWhat We're Looking For3–4 years of experience in a creative agency or in-house brand environment, with a strong focus on social media content Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesignStrong video editing and motion design skills using After Effects or Premiere ProExperience designing across digital and printA strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition and visual hierarchyStrong knowledge of brand systems and the ability to apply them consistently across multiple channelsProven experience managing complex, multi-asset creative projectsExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality workAbility to work autonomously, manage priorities and take ownership of projectsStrong communication skills and confidence collaborating with Account Managers and the wider creative teamExperience filming social content on an iPhoneFamiliarity with photoshoot and video shoot productionWorking knowledge of Canva and FigmaThe PerksA versatile hybrid working environmentPlenty of autonomy and opportunities to growFun, inclusive team events and celebrationsPaid day off for your birthday
