This role is based primarily at Good Heavens, where you'll play a key role in leading one of Melbourne's largest and busiest rooftop venues, leading a large team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.About the RoleAs Assistant Venue Manager, you will:Support the Venue Manager with the day-to-day operations of the venueLead and inspire the team during service, setting the standard from the floorDeliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining premium service standardsCoach, develop, and mentor front-of-house team membersAssist with rostering, labour management, and daily operational planningAssist with recruitment, onboarding, and performance managementHelp drive team engagement, accountability, and performanceDrive labour performance and operational KPIsAssist in developing future leaders within the businessEnsure compliance with liquor licensing, health and safety, and company proceduresWork closely with senior management to achieve operational goals and venue KPIsBe a hands-on leader who thrives in a busy,
