We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Equipment Sales Representative to join our team at our Dandenong branch.
This is an exciting entry-level sales opportunity where you'll build relationships with an existing customer portfolio, uncover recent opportunities and generate qualified leads to support our Equipment Sales teams.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to our Business Manager Sales- Retail, you'll manage a portfolio of approximately 3,000 customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Making a high volume of proactive outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to identify equipment needs, uncover sales opportunities and generate qualified leadsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships through proactive customer engagementIdentifying opportunities and generating qualified sales leads for our Sales RepresentativesSupporting sales across our Compact Construction Equipment range, including mini excavators, skid steer loaders and compact track loadersMaintaining accurate customer information, activity and opportunities within our CRMCollaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomesPromptly following up customer enquiries and sales opportunities
ABOUT YOU
Ideally, you'll bring the following skills and attributes:
A passion for sales,



customer service and building relationshipsA proactive attitude and confidence making outbound calls to engage customers and uncover opportunitiesExcellent communication, organisation and time management skillsThe ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative teamA genuine interest in machinery, construction equipment, automotive, motorbikes or similar industriesPrevious experience in retail sales, automotive sales or customer service will be highly regarded
