Batt Griffith Legal is a boutique South Australian law firm with over two decades of history, established in its current form in July **** under the leadership of Director Rebekah Griffith.
We are a full‐service firm working across Commercial Law, Family Law, Wills & Estates, Employment Law, Conveyancing, Property, and more.
We serve clients across metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia, including Kangaroo Island and the Fleurieu Peninsula.

THE ROLE
We are seeking a junior solicitor to join our Myrtle Bank office on a full‐time basis.
Your responsibilities will include:
Working closely with supervising solicitors to manage client files across a range of practice areas, focusing initially on family law and property law
Drafting and amending legal documents, correspondence, and advice
Interviewing clients and preparing clear, practical advice
Attending hearings and participating in mediations




Contributing to a collaborative team environment focused on achieving the best outcomes for clients
Responsibilities will be shaped to suit your level of experience and will grow as you do.
Please note: this role is primarily based in Myrtle Bank.
As you progress, your role will involve occasional travel to Kangaroo Island to service our regional client base.
