The Role
As a Rope Access Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading crews across maintenance, shutdown and project work while ensuring safe, productive and high-quality outcomes.
You'll work closely with clients and operational leaders to coordinate work, mentor technicians and maintain Breight's industry-leading standards.
About You
Previous experience supervising Rope Access teams in mining or heavy industryStrong leadership, planning and communication skillsSection 26 Supervisor qualification (or willingness to obtain)Current Working at Heights & Confined Space (within 2 years)Demonstrated First Attack Firefighting competency (within 4 years)Construction White CardCurrent First Aid & CPRValid Australian working rightsPerth Point of HireAbility to pass pre-employment medicals and ongoing drug & alcohol testingRio Tinto,



Roy Hill or FMG site experience and inductionsSection 26 Supervisor qualification (or willingness to obtain)
