In this role, you'll:
The Functional Analyst, Procurement plays a key role in analysing business requirements across a complex, multi-sourced environment, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
You will provide subject matter expertise across SAP S/4, Ariba, and Concur solutions, acting as a trusted advisor on system capabilities and optimisation opportunities.
The role involves contributing to solution design, governance, and compliance monitoring while supporting the delivery of new initiatives and system enhancements.
You will also drive process improvements, manage implementation activities, and support transition and post go-live operations to ensure sustainable outcomes.
About You
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in business analysis within complex environments, with strong knowledge of best-practice methodologies and processes.




You bring proven expertise as a Functional Analyst across SAP and Ariba, with hands‐on implementation and support experience.
You are an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to quickly build relationships and influence outcomes.
A proactive, can‐do attitude, combined with expertise in process improvement, governance, and compliance, will enable you to deliver high-quality solutions and drive continuous improvement.
