Backed by institutional capital, the business is entering a period of accelerated growth with a substantial development pipeline underway.The RoleReporting to the CFO, this role provides support across all internal and external reporting requirements, accounting processes and finance operations for the business and its related entities, along with ad-hoc commercial analysis and decision support.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee timely and accurate preparation of all internal and external reporting requirementsAssist in the preparation of monthly management reporting and quarterly board reporting for all entitiesManage Group income tax obligations, including BAS, IAS,



FBT and other ATO statementsMaintain fixed asset registers and undertake asset auditsMaintain daily cashflow reporting and forecastsSupport the audit process, including preparing and reviewing documentation and liaising with external auditors and advisorsMaintain appropriate accounting policies and control systemsThe Successful CandidateStrong technical accounting and analytical skillsWorking knowledge of IFRS, AIFRS and complex legal entity and trust structuresExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced Excel skills, with the ability to identify efficiencies and automation opportunitiesAbility to work efficiently and autonomously, and to meet strict deadlines
