We're on the lookout for an experienced and tenacious Team Leader!
About the Role:
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll support the Store Manager in running a high-performing store.
You'll lead from the front during shifts, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and help set the standard for team performance and customer experience.
You'll be part of a high-volume, high-energy environment where no two days are the same, and that's exactly how we like it.
You'll take ownership of your shifts, stepping up to keep things running smoothly while motivating and guiding the team around you.
This is a full-time role with weekend and evening availability being essential to support our busiest trading periods.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of a high-performing, fast-paced store.
Delivering standout customer service experiences that build loyalty and drive repeat business.
Leading by example on the floor, coaching and supporting team members during shifts.
Helping train,



onboard and develop team members to set them up for success.
Driving sales performance and contributing to achieving store KPIs.
Maintaining high standards across cleanliness, presentation and food safety.
Taking ownership of shifts and ensuring smooth, efficient operations in the Store Manager's absence.
Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or experienced Crew role.
Background in hospitality, QSR, or food retail environments.
Ability to communicate effectively in English in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
A hands-on leader who can motivate, guide, and support a team.
Robust organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
A proactive attitude and willingness to step up and take ownership.
Someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments and enjoys being part of a team.
