We're scaling paid social and content-led subscriber acquisition across both, and we're hiring the person to run it.The roleThis is a performance creative role: you own the content engine that feeds subscriber generation for both Apartments.com.au and iBuildNew.com.au, plus client campaigns across both platforms, ideating, shooting and editing video and static creative at volume.That's the main lever, more creative in market means more tests, means a lower cost to acquire a subscriber.
Once something proves itself organically, you're also the one running the paid media behind it, so you need real comfort with campaign setup, budgets and reporting, not just craft.
You'll report to our Group Head of Marketing and work alongside our existing social content and paid media specialists.How we operateWe test at high frequency and let the data decide.
Every piece of creative is a hypothesis: audience, hook, format, offer.
You'll run structured test cycles, kill what doesn't work fast, and scale what does with paid budget behind it, and you're accountable for what it costs to acquire a subscriber, across both brands.What you'll doIdeate, shoot and edit video and static creative at volume for subscriber generation across Apartments and iBuildNew, plus other paid initiatives across the groupPublish organically first, then plan and run the paid campaigns that scale whatever performs, for both platformsManage paid social budgets across Meta, TikTok and other channels, and report honestly on cost per acquisition and what's workingRun structured monthly test cycles across creative,
