The Exploration Geologist focuses on diamond core logging, drill program support and target generation, while the Project Geologist takes day-to-day carriage of the project — coordinating field programs, managing budgets and mentoring junior geologists.

You're safety‐conscious, curious about the ground beneath you, and comfortable balancing technical rigour with the pace of an active exploration program.Your BackgroundBachelor of Science in Geology (or equivalent)Relevant mineral exploration experience — from 2+ years through to 5+ years including project or program management, depending on the roleDiamond core logging experienceExperience in orogenic gold and/or Victorian geology viewed favourablyUnderstanding of QAQC procedures, drilling and sampling practices, and standard gold industry laboratory analytical methodsKnowledge of mining software (Leapfrog, QGIS, Micromine) desirableStrong communication, analytical and problem‐solving skillsEffective planning,
