As an Operations Supervisor, you'll be leading our eCommerce and retail replenishment operations, empowering high-performing teams and helping shape smarter, faster ways of working.
This is a full time, Monday-Friday role.How you'll make an impact...Oversee picking, packing and shipping for retail replenishment, online orders and events.Ensure quality, SLA compliance and operational readiness.Lead, coach and develop the outbound team.Plan labour, maintain training compliance and foster a safe, high-performing culture.Improve outbound processes to increase accuracy, efficiency and safety.Implement best practices across inventory, packing and shipping.Partner with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs, prioritise urgent orders and resolve issues.Monitor KPIs,
