The supervising GP is only required to be on-call for the Acute ward after 5pm as there is a GP allocated to the ward between 9-5 (they round in the morning and then support in the afternoon as needed).
URGENT CARE: 5 Acute Beds, 1 Resus Bay (can split in two if needed), 4 Short Stay Beds WARD : 24 Acute beds, 2 Birth Suite beds, 2 Post Natal beds, 3 dialysis chairs, 6 cancer treatment chairs (Frank Minchinton), Corangamarah Aged Care
Accommodation is provided and travel - fuel (excl flights) reimbursed

Urgent coverage is required for a Senior Emergency Medicine Specialist to cover GP on-call shifts at a Western Victoria Public Hospital.

Saturday 8 August ****: 08:*******:00 (Onsite 12:*******:00)
Sunday 9 August ****: 08:*******:00 (Onsite 12:*******:00)
Tuesday 15 September ****: 08:*******:00 (Onsite 12:*******:00)

On-call duties include phone advice and attending the Urgent Care Centre for Category 1 and 2 patients as required. The hospital features 5 acute beds, 1 resus bay, and 4 short stay beds.
