Whether you're starting out or stepping up, we'll give you the tools, team and trust to thrive.We're growing across Brisbane — and we're looking for Speech Pathologists who are passionate about delivering real outcomes, with the support of a multidisciplinary team behind them.What you'll do:Provide therapy across communication, literacy, swallowing, language and social skillsWork with clients in homes, schools, clinics, and the communityDeliver services via telehealth, community visits, and at our Brisbane hubsComplete assessments, AT recommendations and reportsCollaborate with experienced clinicians across multiple disciplinesUse great systems (not clunky ones) to keep your admin simpleNew to the profession?




You won't be flying solo.We offer a fully structured 12-month graduate program that includes:A full week of induction + a couple of weeks of shadowing to ease you inWeekly 1:1 supervision and clinical mentoringGroup mentoring, skills workshops, and peer connectionRegular PD, internal speakers and hands-on learningRequirementsWhat you'll need:Speech Pathology degree + SPA registration (or eligibility)WWCC/Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check & Police CheckDriver's licence + reliable carIndemnity & public liability insuranceAs part of your role, you will be working with children, people with disability, the elderly, and people who are vulnerable.
