About the Role: Our client is a global Technology & Cloud Infrastructure host in a Data Centre environment.
We are looking for professional and high-performing security officers.
Due to continued growth, Securitas has an exciting opportunity for a SOC Operator to join our team, supporting a high-profile, secure corporate technology environment based in Truganina, VIC

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor SOC systems in line with site SOPs and client requirements.Monitor and manage CCTV, alarms, access control, and integrated security platforms.Identify, assess, and document security incidents accurately and in a timely manner.Coordinate responses with on-site teams and stakeholders as required.Maintain the safety and security of people, property, and sensitive information at all times.Deliver professional and consistent communication across all ASOC channels.Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate Securitas' core values in all interaction
Minimum Requirements
Desired Skills and Experience
Current and valid VIC Security Licence with Control Room Monitoring endorsementBaseline /NV1 clearance/ Australian citizen who are willing to obtain clearanceStrong alignment with Securitas' values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to remain calm, focused, and decisive in a 24/7 operational environment.Strong attention to detail and incident reporting capability.Reliable, punctual,



and able to commit to rotating day and night shifts.Previous experience in an ASOC, SOC, or security control room environment is highly regarded.Experience with CCTV, alarm monitoring, and access control systems is desirable.
