They are looking for a Project Manager that can manage small refurbishment and larger maintenance projects ranging from $100k - $500k.About The RoleReporting to the head of Asset Management you will be responsible for 2-4 projects at a timeManagement of program and scheduling tradesTrade and supplier management on projectsManagement of safety and qualityPreparing project reports to asset managementEnsuring all company polices and procedures are followed onsiteAbout YouYou will ideally have come from a trade background and worked on refurbishment or larger maintenance projects in the commercial/retail sector.
Previous experience working in live environments will be looked upon favorably.
