About the Role
Maintaining a high level of positive safety performance and workplace culture through teamwork, personal commitment, and application of the company values.Providing mechanical maintenance and servicesTrouble shooting and the ability to located and solve unplanned breakdowns with attention to detail and in a timely manner.Performing preventative maintenance.Ensure all work is performed to trade standards, following the plan and specifications, and meets desired availability targetsMaintaining our onsite maintenance systems and ensure the integrity of recorded data is compliantLiaise with key personnel and share ideas for overall improvement outcomesIdentify, assess and control workplace hazards
About You
3+ Years post trade experience in a mining environmentHave previous experience working on 600t Class Excavators and Mining DrillsAble to work both autonomously and as a part of a teamPrevious experience in a similar role,



in an open-cut coal mineExcellent safety mindset with the ability to positively influence the culture at RollestonProven problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment
