As a valued member of the Maintenance team and reporting directly to the HME Supervisor, you will be responsible for:Effectively and efficiently operating and monitoring equipment to facilitate achievement of plans and targets.Participate and contribute to our proactive safety culture.Maintain a high level of positive safety performance and workplace culture through teamwork, personal commitment, and application of the company values.Achieve targets in a timely manner.Identify, assess and control workplace hazards.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Relevant Trade Qualification as a BoilermakerPrevious experience in a similar role, preferably in an open-cut coal mineAbility to work effectively with a multifaceted team of contractors and site personnel.Excellent interpersonal, cooperative, and facilitation skills when interacting with various levels ofmanagement, external bodies,
