You know that to make a meaningful contribution to our community and economy, there needs to be diligence in our operations.In this role, you'll:Work as part of a team delivering program enquiry responses, application and form processing, data analysis, database management, correspondence preparation, and system‐issue investigation to support accurate and consistent regulatory program operationsAct as the first point of contact for compliance alert enquiries, processing applications, analysing and interpreting data, investigating and resolving monitoring system issues.You will prepare routine and complex correspondence, track confidential file movements, and support high‐quality investigations and audit activities.You will also support the team in identifying trends, analysing information and providing insights to inform continuous improvement initiatives and enhance business performance.Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.You will contribute to accurate and efficient processes, processes, maintain stronger data integrity and confidentiality, and deliver a high standard of customer service while building productive relationships to resolve issues and support program outcomes.Please note this is a Temporary full-time role until 1 October **** and can be undertaken from a TfNSW Office located in Parramatta,



Newcastle or Grafton.Your investigative capability, data analysis skills, solid accuracy in high‐volume data entry, and experience using and maintaining information management systems formed across frontline service, administrative processing, regulatory, or database‐driven environments will see you excel in resolving complex issues, overcoming challenges such as tight deadlines and multi‐stakeholder enquiries, and bringing reliable, detail‐focused and compliant processing practices to lead to accurate records, timely responses and strengthened program operations.You're recognized as a dependable, analytical and customer‐focused team member, skilled at interpreting data, solving issues and preparing clear correspondence, experienced in database management, problem‐solving, stakeholder liaison, high‐volume processing and applying legislation appropriately.Who we areTransport for NSW provides a safe, integrated, and efficient transport system.
