This role is based primarily at Good Heavens, where you'll help lead a passionate front-of-house team in one of Melbourne's busiest and most exciting rooftop venues.About the RoleAs a Venue Supervisor,



you will:Lead the team during service and set the standard on the floorDeliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standardsCoach, train, and support front-of-house team membersAssist with the day-to-day operations and smooth running of the venueWork closely with the management team to build a positive culture and high-performing teamBe hands-on during busy services, leading by example and creating a great atmosphere for both guests and staffWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in a hospitality supervisory or leadership roleStrong communication and leadership skillsA positive, proactive, and hands-on approachExperience in high-volume bars, pubs is highly regardedA passion for creating outstanding guest experiencesCurrent RSA CertificateFull Australian working rightsWhy Good Heavens?
